I am trying to compile minirosetta for a legacy application, but the scons file has a problem with my GCC and even clang build. I get this error on compile attempt, and I have sucessfully compiled the most recent rosetta build on other ocassions.

I search /usr/bin and do not find there is a dlb name "libsource",so i use apt-get to install libsource-highlight-so(no libsource for install),but it does not works

I am trying to build a model for my protein and I have a medium resolution map (~5-6 A). I tried backbone tracing manually, but many regions are dubious. This protein does not have any homologous protein either, so I am looking for tools to do denovo model building with guided electron density. Is there any available protocol to achieve this?

Is there a way to skip light chain part in ROSIE to predict a nanobody structure which only consists of heavy chain? I tried to leave it blank or put a dash or upload an empty pdb file, but they did not work. Thanks.
