Hi,
I have GLIBC issue with the compiled PyRosetta4.Release.python35.linux.release-191 on a Suse Linux cluster. So I would like to compile it from the source but I cannot find the download link and cannot download it from github using my login details. Kindly suggest the link to download the source code for PyRosetta4.

I've been using the iterative local rebuilding approach based on this tutorial:
In a recent publication titled "Automated structure refinement of macromolecular assemblies from cryo-EM maps using Rosetta", the following was mentioned:
Hello,
I am using "local refinement" to calculate the I_sc of protein complexes. When I ran Rosetta for the exact same structure multiple times and I got a significant fluctuation in I_SC score, ranging from -2 to -15. This means that in one trial, the complex is unfavorable, but it is favorable in the subsequent trial. What is the reason for this? How can I overcome it?
Thank you in advance,
Emine
Hi, I'd like to include some NCAAs in my peptide design. I can use a resfile in which I disallow the canonicals and write NC to allow for unnatural residues:
EMPTY NC
start
However, if I want to allow certain NCAAs, how can I know the 3-letter code that corresponds to each NCAA??
Thanks!!
Salva
Dear all,
I wanted to pick your brains. I am using KIC with fragments to modell a loop. I am under the impression that this protocol outperfromrs the next generation KIC. Could you confirm this for me and perhap refer me to the relevant paper? Is the KIC with fragment protocol better?
Alternatively, can I use the KIC with fragments protocol with the flags from next generation KIC?
Hi all,
I am trying to do some comparitive modeling with RosettaCM by folowing the instructions here https://www.rosettacommons.org/docs/latest/application_documentation/structure_prediction/RosettaCM
Dear Rosetta team,
I wanted to know if cst-design is required for Enzyme Design protocol?
